  Since many years I go often to Tim Hortons but this restaurant at Sources and Hymus is not that good. The waiting time is long both inside and the drive thru. Almost half of the time what I order and pay for is not what I get. The tables and floors are not clean properly enough or often enough. Some personnel seem to be confused, some are not that friendly. It is advertised as a 24 hours restaurant but in reality they close at midnight (it is not the first time they asked me to leave because they are closing) in one occasion they waited for me to take my things and showed me the door (it seemed they had a hurry to go home). Wendy's that is right beside them in the same building is way much better and friendly. It is better to go to the other Tim Hortons that is close to the corner of Hymus and St-Jean a couple of kilometers away.

  The service at this Tim Hortons is appalling. The girl with the scarf makes comatose people seem like olympic sprinters with her incredibly slow pace, the tables are filthier than the manager's attitude, the coffees are hardly ever filled to the top, and you'll get dirty looks from the employees anytime you question your order or ask them to wipe down the tables. All in all the best thing about this place is the soap in the bathrooms, and even then, its probably from a ghetto dollar store. I'd call this place mediocre but that's an insult to mediocrity.
